The Living Experience
You will live simply and collectively:
-
Shared sleeping spaces (separate men’s and women’s areas)
-
Shared kitchen and simple vegetarian meals
-
Rotating daily seva (cooking, cleaning, supporting space)
-
Digital detox encouraged
-
Period of silence to observe your mind
-
Early morning and evening spiritual rhythm
The space itself is intentionally minimal — because the focus is inner experience, not external comfort.
A Day in Sacred Rhythm
Life at the retreat flows gently with nature’s cycle - an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to presence.
Morning
We begin in stillness with optional puja and meditation, followed by Agnihotra at sunrise. The morning continues with yoga and mantra sadhana to awaken the body and awareness.
Daytime flow
Meals are simple, nourishing, and shared in mindful presence. Spacious time is available for rest, reflection, journaling, silence, or creative expression.
Karma Yoga is optional, offering gentle opportunities for service such as gardening or supporting the space - always a choice between activity and stillness.
Evening
As the day softens, we gather for Agnihotra at sunset, followed by dinner in presence. The night unfolds with sound healing, kirtan, chanting, and sharing, closing in optional meditation silence.
This retreat is designed as a complete cycle of practice, moving from early morning invocation into deep immersion, shared presence, integration, and closure within a continuous field of awareness.
It offers space for stillness, clarity, and inner alignment supported by structured guidance and a collective environment of practice.
